How Do I Return or Exchange an Item?

Because all items are uniquely created and handmade with rare and natural ingredients as well as intention I unfortunately can not except returns or exchanges at this time, especially for custom orders.
 
However, if I have made a mistake I will absolutely except returns or exchanges. Please let me know right away if there has been a problem with your order and I'll work quickly to correct it.

Does Distance Reiki Work?

YES!!
People are often surprised to find that distance reiki sessions feel almost identical to in-person sessions. No matter where you are, you can enjoy Reiki’s profoundly deep healing energy from your home’s comfort with all the benefits of in-person sessions.
 
How does it work exactly?
Using a photograph, I paint a picture of you in my mind’s eye to heal the affected areas, illnesses, or issues that need treating to cleanse auras, detach cords, remove energy blocks, and balance chakras.

How do I work with my custom oils/intention/elixirs?

Find a quite place & Write down exactly what you want and are asking for on a piece of paper and tuck it away in a place where you don't normally look (examples: tucked away in a desk drawer, closet, hidden in a pillowcase, etc.).
 
It's important that you spend time visualizing and physically writing down your intention(s) during a quiet moment even if you are receiving a custom charged oil from me. These two energies will work powerfully together- despite distance, time, or experience!! You can't mess up with this- just feel it from your heart and your desire will not miss you! You do not need to set intentions at the same time I'm creating or have created your oil. Energy knows no time or distance limitations so you can set your own personal intentions now or later! Intentions have no expiration date!

SHIPPING IS INTERNATIONAL, QUICK & EASY.
 
Shipping is through USPS and comes with a unique tracking number as well as notification when your item has shipped. All orders are packaged and shipped in the order that they are received. Custom orders can take anywhere between 2 days to up to a month to be created completed depending on volume of custom order reservations. You are always promised 100% attention, intention, and creation under the light of perfect divine timing. All orders are safely secured, wrapped, and packed by hand- I pay extra attention to both detail and beauty.
 
Once an order is in the hands of USPS it is their responsibility to deliver the package safely to you. I am not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages and ask that each client who reserves an order with me double check their shipping address to ensure safe delivery of product and to significantly decrease any chance of Delivery problems or delays.
